DANPALON SHEETING WARRANTY
A.Discoloration 10 years the sheets will not lose more than 10% of the original light transmission value (as per ASTMN D – 1003 - 77)

Danpalon HeatStop
New generation Danpalon HeatStop translucent roof and wall sheeting is a real breakthrough in polycarbonate technology. Its lower heat transmission factor and superior shading coefficient make it the state-of-the-art daylighting system, yet it costs no more than standard Danpalon sheeting. Joiners and Glazing Systems

NB: Check Glazing Spans Prior To Installation

(NB Gaskets are firm and this is to comply with wind loading to insure your sheet can expand, but not get blown out.)

Once all sheets are in place, fix U channel (plastic sold or twin wall can be riveted on.)

PC aluminium glazing system is a well-proven item being installed and most applications, wall roof ceilings vault (see curving) etc.

  • Different top and bottom gaskets allow for thickness from 3.5 to 10mm.
  • No external screw head etc.
  • Snap in bead that locks in place
  • Can span up to 2 mtr straight more curved. NB before determining spans. (Refer to tables or engineer)
  • Performs well in high wind areas (refer table or engineer)
  • Can be powder coated or anodised.
  • Roof pitch down to 1 degree although the general rule is the more pitch the better for self cleaning and heavy rain run off.
  • Small size but strong 45mm x 25mm.
  • Glazing glass, plastic multi wall, flat sheet acrylic P.C. Aluminium panels etc.
  • Gaskets made of Santaprine rubber to ensure compatibility with polycarb and acrylic with a long life 20 years plus in most cases.
